Dr. Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan, Secretary General of INMECC is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Seagull Group of companies. Seagull is rated among the top Human Resource Consultants in India and it is powered by an extensive Client base of demanding customers. He holds the position of the National General Secretary of the Federation of Overseas Recruitment Associations of India (FORAI), an apex body of All Overseas Recruitment Associations in India, and was the General Secretary of the Indian Personnel Export Promotion Council (IPEPCIL). Apart from this, he was the President of Bombay Keraleeya Samaj.
