A proud moment for Indians. INS Vikrant, India’s first home-built aircraft carrier commissioned today, is set to enhance the country’s naval strength. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the warship has been tipped as a “city on the move”. Prime Minister Narendra Modi commissioned INS Vikrant at Cochin Shipyard Limited in Kochi by today 9:30 am.
