Single Point Registration Scheme is a scheme for participation in Government Purchases. In this scheme Government is the single largest buyer of a variety of goods. NSIC registers Micro & small Enterprises (MSEs) under Single Point Registration scheme (SPRS).The benefits of Single Point Registration Scheme are Free of cost tender info, Exemption from EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), Advantage in tender participation and Procurement from MSEs. All Micro & Small Enterprises having EM Part-II (Optional)/ Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM) and MSEs who have already commenced their commercial production but not completed one year of existence are eligible for registration.
