Mr. Raffi’s vast professional experience includes pioneering work as a project fellow at the Centre for Earth Science Studies in Trivandrum, where he spearheaded projects focused on critical issues such as the Impact of Sea Level rise from Greenhouse Effects and the Mapping of the Kerala coast. In Dubai, he has held senior positions in Administration and Marketing, notably with DM Healthcare Group. Currently he serves as the Group CEO of Pearl Investment LLC which is the holding company of Flora Hospitality, Ontime HR Solutions and Flora Realty. Mr. Raffi brings a robust strategic perspective to his role, merging industry insight with operational excellence.
